Insurance and Receiving

Everything sent is insured with the carrier. Please inspect the item(s) when you receive them and only sign if you know the product is acceptable. This means unpacking the items and inspecting before you sign the bill of lading.  In the case of damage, please make any notes of damage found on the bill of lading. Once you SIGN the bill of lading this relieves the shipping company of all damage claims. Contact us immediately if there are any problems.  It is your responsibility to inspect the item before signing for it.
