Can I cancel my order?

In Stock Items: Orders may be cancelled until the items are shipped.  Once the item ships you will need to refer to our Return Policy page.  Please be advised that any orders that are placed are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Special Order Items:  Once Valley Appliance has ordered these products you can not cancel the order.  Please refer to the Return Policy page for more information.
